I have been lucky enough to call Jamestown home since 1994. After working in marketing and advertising in New York and Boston for 17 years, I chose to stay home when my kids came along which allowed time to be involved in the schools. Prior to serving on the School Committee, I was co-chair for both Melrose and Lawn School Improvement Teams, on screening committees for Principals and Superintendents, and served as President of the Jamestown Education Foundation for four years. My three children are all graduates of Jamestown Schools and North Kingstown High School.

I love Jamestown and am grateful to have had the privilege of sending my children to our wonderful schools, and to be serving in my second 4 year term on the School Committee. In this time of great uncertainty, our work is more important than ever, and I believe my deep understanding of our budget process and my strong relationship skills serve the district well. I look forward to continuing the hard work of this Committee alongside the school department’s administration, teachers, and staff to keep children and adults safe, and ensure our schools are productive, efficient, and successful.
